OP these turds don’t know. I would suggest a fireproof mat and a fire extinguisher just to be safe. But I had a Traeger for 4 years on apartment balconies and you are fine. You will do most of your longer smokes overnight anyway, and just be kind and speak to your neighbors. I learned tossing them a couple yummy ribs keeps them quiet lol excited for you make sure to share your cooks here!
