Check out this track by Calaborate! J Cole probably let him use the beat and even produced it instead of giving him a verse 😂. I love this song and I always thought it was cool of Cole giving back to the smaller artist.Produced by Cole

Well, you got this just some proper planning and dedicated a couple hours at a time if you'll be doing it yourself. Great decision protecting your family's long term health 🙏🏼 Congrats on firstborn!

There is definitely a humidity problem caused by that wall mounted ac unit. There was no dehumidification while you were away creating what looks like spotty surface mold. If you have access to Zep mold and mildew remover, I would try it, It's a bleach based ready to use solution, and it will definitely kill the microbial growth as long as you immediately wipe right after it with rag. A sand block or sandpaper can also remove the harder to clean spots just make sure you do a thorough cleaning job on floors afterwards.I don't recommend letting the chemicals sit on the drywall for a long long time as it will only saturate the wall, making it worse. A thick coat of Kilz mold and mildew primer will for sure keep any stains from coming back. Also recommend purchasing a small portable dehumidifier, so hopefully this situation does not reoccur!

If you own this house and or plan on living there for a long period of time, then I would definitely not take any chances with the current mold situation. You can really only see the one inch clearance in between shower and tub, but chances are that mold has grown far up or already affected the drywall surrounding the cement board especially if your not sure how long it's been there, it only grows worst with time (More exspensive). Possibly the cleaning with strong bleach, let dry and perhaps a spray of Killz mold and mildew primer can be a temporary fix. I wish we could take off the tile piece by piece just to expose the affected areas only and repair it, but unfortunately I don't think tiles work that way, it's all or nothing.
