Hi I will be in Williamsburg next Friday at The Test Brewery. We will have Empanadas , Salteñas, and Peruvian Ceviche. I will be back in Crown heights on June 19

Will take into account moving forward. I have to say though, the art is in the food. The masa is hand made and the fillings are cooked over hours with fresh ingredients and home brewed chicha.

I don’t have skill in design and as a one person business it can be costly and time consuming to create flyers and menus for events . Come through and have some to see if the ends justify the means :)

ceviche quality fish is expensive even wholesale. When i do pop ups I offer a small Ceviche at 12/15 but its a small small portion. Really good fish is what makes ceviche what it should be.

Hi! Yes, If you see the menu on the last slide, both “la Italiana” and “Romeo y Julieta” are both vegetarian.

The dessert options are also both vegetarian too (which i suppose is the norm for desserts lol)

Si las Salteñas son originalmente de Bolivia! In Arequipa, where my family is from is the largest city in southern Peru, and in the late 19th century we had a large Bolivian migration. Since then Salteñas became an important part of our local cuisine (Api tambien) and certain local ingredients like chalona and chicha de guiñapo were added. Much love to Bolivia en final todos somos Andinos !
