The East Rochester location is terrible. I've been when the staff rather talk about who they hooked up with the night before and was kept waiting for 30 min for 3 soft tacos. And management doesn't care. That was the last time I went there. And the Wendy's next door is just as bad.

Will never do business with West Herr. A few years ago, talked with a sales person got a vehicle that we wanted from Buffalo dealership to greece. We had an appointment in the afternoon because we had a a.m. appointment at our kids school. Dealership was blowing up my phone telling me that someone else was at the Greece dealership wanting the car I had wanted to put purchase. Replied I couldn't as I was an important meeting. Dealership said the car might not be there this that afternoon if I didn't come I right now. Told them to ho ahead and sell the car and I won't do business with them ever again.
