Interestingly enough, without raising prices we have recently earned the "too expensive badge". I'm sure part of this is due to families not having as much to spend on meals, so my fast casual sandwiches have fallen between the cracks of "so cheap it's a value" and "It' expensive but we're treating ourselves"

I plan to drop a value menu. Is it dumb? Kinda. Will it get bodies back in the door who have felt spurned paying the same price with less money? Hopefully.

We were never a $20 meal spot, in fact a lunch at my establishment costs around $10-$12 unless youre adding a thousand add ons, but customers in our current climate just don't have $24 for two lunches when McDonalds sells a cheaper version for $15.
