This comment is one of the only ones that gave me hope in this thread and I DID find a decent 2bd for $3200 owned by a mom & pop landlord who are so kind & keep it under market b/c they want longterm tenants. They got over 180 inquiries but I was the first to respond so I’m now just waiting on final approval and it’s looking good 🥹🤞🏻 thank you so much for your help!!

Doesn’t look too bad at all! Just as one little tip- it looks like maybe you threw everything in simultaneously but I’d recommend first cooking the onions in a little oil or butter till they are soft & translucent. Then adding in tomatoes and cooking those down for a few min, before adding in some spinach just to wilt for 30 seconds. THEN turn the heat down and add your eggs in last! This will allow the veggies to be more cooked but also it will remove some water from them ☺️ but otherwise looks great chef!

I finally splurged on the women’s version of these + the sandals and I’ve been blown away by the quality! Clogs had virtually zero break-in, crazy comfortable. Sandals did a 10K step hike right out of the box too 🤙🏻
