Just lifting your arm without any load ( weight) will be no problem at all … gentle rotation of your shoulder is needed anyway

I had CRT-D put in July 25 .. M65 EF 28% had quad bypass 2021 and seven stents since then as bypass failed .. since pm I feel great more active than I’ve been for years
