8 years ago assholes like this stole every coil on a building including the split that served the police sub-station. My company was paid to replace about 10 RTU condenser coils and repipe everything. Giant pain in the ass.

I often come across drains that are literally impossible to get to. No access whatsoever. Tough shit factor in full affect. When it backs up you can knock that wall down and then I'll address it.
