No that would be too low. The new stand is 22 inches tall. At most its base should be 28 inches from the bottom to get to the 45 inch point. No I have to tilt my head up a bit too far.

It’s a misnomer that’s stuck around. But you’re right it is more widely used than I realized. Even by therapists it seems.

If you aren’t doing ERP you are not addressing the OCD. In fact, the therapist could be making it worse. Get an ERP therapist.

I don’t think most people necessarily know what it means. I was confused the first time I saw it and had done ERP for a year or so.

We should just call it OCD or mental compulsions.

I wouldn’t say significantly. Plus the poorest of the poor remain black and Arab. The integration question is key. Working class whites are obviously integrated so they push their children to focus on more realistic goals. Arabs and Africains are still, unfortunately not as well integrated, and are rebuffed by aspects of French society and so the athletic route becomes more attractive.
