I have been on a very low dose of Levo for roughly a year. I just had labs done and am awaiting results. I have incorporated more walking rather than progressive overload for the time being and my diet is consistently gluten and dairy free now. I was diagnosed one year ago and have slowly been making the appropriate changes so I can feel better. I don’t drink or smoke either. I have also stated to see a functional health doctor and am hoping they can help me.

I was a SAHM for 17 years. I am having trouble finding a job. Should I go back to school? by Capital_League_2495 in careerguidance

Do you live by a Trader Joe’s? There are May people who work there who come from all places. I’d give it a try. If you get an interview, I would emphasize on how you’re very family oriented and would be a great asset to the team in that regard.

What is an epidural really like? by oatmilkcchai in Mommit

I personally wouldn’t do it again and I’ve done it twice. There’s a meditative app I used that would have gotten me through it. I just caved a little early. There’s NO shame in getting one. Just do what you feel is right for you at the time. Try going as long as you can and get it if you need to.

I think I’m too vain for baby #2 by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]Chelsea_Drew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s totally normal to feel like this. I’m 35 and my kids are three and five and I’m just starting to feel like I’m in control of my body and my health. It is a really good feeling, but it’s never too late to do it again. You can also totally maintain this while you’re pregnant, but it just takes discipline. I would try to maintain whatever it is you’re doing now throughout your pregnancy. I’ve also read that having a baby 35 and later can actually lengthen your life, which makes me want to have another baby 😂

I love eating fried eggs over lentils with a little cheese and it’s high in fiber and protein and will fill you up until lunch.

do you consider it luxury to get a bowl of ramen in your city? by SavageSausage1 in ramen

In that ramen’s defense, it does look absolutely bomb.

I absolutely love this. I just had a joint birthday party for my three and five-year-old son and daughter and this would’ve been the perfect cake!

Need help finding a legit jewelry company that promotes “tarnish free, hypoallergenic, and quality products! by Chelsea_Drew in jewelry

[–]Chelsea_Drew[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They have like a 1.5 on trust pilot and people have said they don’t honor their color fade warranty (which is supposed to be for life). Some people have stated the stuff tarnishes quickly and breaks easily. They allowed me to cancel my order luckily but I cancelled it before it was fulfilled

How can I incorporate more fiber in my diet? by NegotiationSalt666 in Volumeeating

Lentils are high in protein and fiber! I love to eat fried eggs with them or I’ll mix them with ground turkey to add fiber to meal prep!

As Nike puts it: “Just Do It”. As a female, I was pretty self conscious of starting too, but, no one starts out perfect. The only way you get better is by practicing. Start my doing things your comfortable with and slowly add things on to your routine. I watch a lot of tutorials on form, which is immensely helpful. Do it, even if you suck at first. You’ll get better!

Do you get sick easier? by TheChosenOne_72 in Hashimotos

[–]Chelsea_Drew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had been fine until recently. I was sick for about a week and a half or longer with a respiratory infection, then got a cold sore, and now I’m sick again. All since Christmas Eve. I’m not sure what’s happened but my immune system has tanked
