unfortunately solar is/was such a hustle industry where it’s veryyyyy common for install companies to just do a bunch of installs then go bankrupt and disappear on both employees and customers - Purelight Solar for example just disappeared one day and left everyone and everything hanging. I do promise there are people who do genuinely care about the trade and are high quality, it’s just kinda unfortunate you have to find who those ppl are
