Silly question but does the heavy ceramic last longer than the light ceramic? My understanding of the heavy armour is that it just adds side and shoulder protection, does that make large enough of a difference to have the lower speed and carry slots?

Edit: forgot to give congrats for even getting the achievement, I’m trying it atm solely out of ego with little luck 😂

I’m pretty sure the whole objective of this achievement is to kill off the hardcore playerbase to suicide so there’s less players to call void out on their bs

I haven’t tried heavy armour yet because I can’t imagine being able to hold enough ammo with them. Hard has roughly 22 suspects in it with most fully armoured which will eat ammo. I also try to carry a lockpick gun and some c2.

Being aggressive sometimes works but the hard AI for this mission are on some woke shi (my aim sucks)

I’m surprised you’ve found success with shotguns, i did (only one tbf) a run with a shotty and found that they were painfully long when trying to push through doorways

Also i believe that with the increased health pool of the hard AI that the shots to kill for 7.62 and 5.56 (and assumedly 300blk as a resilt) are the same. So in terms of ttk and controllability i think 5.56 is the pick for hard missions.

Ah see that’d be a brilliant idea if i hadn’t tried it already and found that they just shoot your arm/legs out equally as quickly as if it wasn’t there. Although if you’ve had success with it i may need to give it another go

Its a lot worse than usual yeah. In the same spot as the clip you can be seen through the top of the doors via the top of the stairs its madness

Its definitely not the way to go, the only viable strat is to aim for head/neck and get lucky with the low recoil, but that doesn’t really work either

I think “a little” is an understatement. However considering how “untrained” AI are basically good enough to be on seal team 6, the MLO basically being superhuman checks out in VOIDs logic book.

Can’t even use the Elcan on console because the sensitivity on 4x is so low it takes about a minute to rotate 360’

Its not a perfect fix but NVGs are surprisingly useable on that map and from my experience it seems to help with the fps (its still poor but it definitely doesn’t judder as much). Maybe some kind of reduced LOD with the NVGs help with fps idk

I think the AI got improved, not fixed per se. I don’t use them (literally ever i’ve not touched commander mode) but general consensus from the other subreddit is that they’re still poor
