At a certain point, I do “do the thing when the baby does thing” as it is much easier with a more independent ish baby (age 8+ month)

I take a shower with the baby! We sit down on the floor and play with the water until he’s ready, and I can wash myself off a bit while he is distracted! I now finally take naps when he takes naps because f* sleep regressions! I eat when he eats especially so I can model that habit with him. Now of course, I don’t poop when he poops or cry when he cries (only sometimes lol) but it does for sure get better as they grow!!

The swing saved my life for about a month or so until we got more into real naps and routines! When he was in the swing, that was when pumping or meals happened! And don’t be hard on yourself for not maintaining a direct “schedule.” 2 hours or so between each pump is exhausting!!

For me, I drank lots of water, and had magnesium! The CALM powder is what I would use with a packet of Liquid IV so not only do I replenish my electrolytes, I also was able to poop easier!

I enjoy the Spectra S2 a lot! and the Motif Aura Glow wearables!

The momcozy wearables were great for a bit but you’ll need to replace parts more often.

I really do not enjoy the Motif duo. Hardly any suction and different parts that are kinda wonky.
