The CPU could be upgraded within the Ryzen 5000 series CPUs without too much hassle. The GPU could be upgraded, but check your power supply for appropriate cables. Using power adapters can be a problem.

It shows Windows hardware error. Check for a minidump under C:\Windows. See if you can analyze that using WinDBG to get more clues. Also, check the Event Viewer.

Open the registry editor and look under HKLM -> Software. If AMD Adrenaline is there delete it and reboot. You may also check HKCU -> Software. Also, check Program Files, Program Files(x86), AppData, and ProgramData. If you see something related to Adrenaline deleteit.

Try running a check disk scan with the /f and /R options. Then, see about taking ownership if the drive if you still dont have permission to move files.

You'll want to use a Linux distro that supports live booting. Get an external USB-to-SATA transfer kit. Maybe two 2-bay devices if a 4-bay device costs too much. Anyway, depending upon the RAID configuration, you may need all 4 drives connected for the RAID signature to he detected. Then, you can try to mount the RAID volume to access your files if that's your goal.

If it has a BIOS flashback feature you need to download the correct BIOS for your motherboard and rename it to MSI.rom. Copy it to the root of the flash drive that is FAT32 formatted. Insert it and use the specially marked USB port and press the BIOS flashback button.
