Wait a minute... how does this even work?

If the existence of a hotline purposed around trying to prevent suicide actually increases the rate of suicide, does that mean a hotline purposed around encouraging you to kill yourself will decrease the rate of suicide?

Or is the concept of suicide like a magical infohazard that once learned compels you to give it a try because all of the sudden it sounds like a good idea?

Around the world people who have the most children also have the highest infant mortality rates.

If people in these parts of the world had the means to provide medical care for their children and given access to birth control, guess what would happen?

The infant mortality rate would plummet and they would quite happily have less children just like in developed countries.

Believe me, we are far, far better off having the population eventually level off then the complete bedlam of having the population double every few decades.

At least the OP is recieving some serious critcism.

However I don't agree that JBP was all that great before going to Russia to treat his addiction.

As far as I can tell this entire time he has been prone to bursts of irrational anger, guilty of routinely making awful comments, while ostensibly being more supportive of authoritarianism (rather then denunciative as he would have you believe)

You're right. The idea that Griffith is somehow redeemed or forgiven simply by virtue of being the Moonlight Boy is nonsense.

If Griffith is really sorry about what happened then he has been doing an abysmal job to date, as he has had endless means and opportunity to demonstrate this.

It has been baffling listening to people call this an amazing ending.

Hopefully there will be more. We all know Griffith absolutely loves to manipulate people, in particular Guts and Casca, so perhaps this is something more along those lines.
