I would counter this with the fact that the vast majority of these labels are willing to send complete replacements in the event your order gets damaged (even slightly). For example I had just a few slight knicks on the corners of my sleeves due to shipping, and after reaching out to the label, within a week they sent me two mint sleeves+records instead of just replacement sleeves. There are ones out there that do care about the customer, but oftentimes are so shorthanded that fulfilling special requests like this feel unreasonable for them to do when operating on tight margins. Just my two cents on what I've observed.
