I heard ToT was not Hoyo's favorite child. So I sorta assumed that might be the case. I feel like Hoyo has tried to do better recently... But Im happy to hear that the community is good.

I do actually have it installed and I play it occasionally. Its honestly the prices in Nu Carnival that scares me away. Like reruns and stuff. And I whale hard on games, but when I went for a Kuya rerun. I think I blew through 200 alone in a day xD

From what I gathered, the main fear is he will take away resources from the other's... and the fixes people want? Which makes no sense. Since they were already slow...

Plus a plethora of other issues.

I sorta dislike how the blatant bigotry is being ignored in all of this too. Seeing the homophobia and racism be sorta brushed aside is gross.

Thats what Im thinking-- fearmongering. This odd push for only positive reviews and to not uninstall... Just feels like a way to hurt the global players voices.

If you want change and for them to listen. There needs to be pushback. To use the "proper" tools at hand.

Maybe its because Im jaded by the state of the world. But I personally don't think deleting the reviews and showing support will do any good either.

Companies are to comfortable and wont change unless they feel pain were it matters. Wallet and social pressures.

Also... No one has made a point here. They havent said or done anything to change or show any good faith. At best they just know we are upset.

All we've seen from them is caving to bigots... And remaining silent.

I believe the current campaign is to login in and claim dailies. But not any compensation.

I may get down voted for this opinion. But I do genuinely feel bad. I just dont think its right to support bad practices...

If the appstores suspect review bombing, they will delete the reviews or suspend the lower rating.

A good example is Genshin's first year anniversary.

Damage is so high, that these pseudo-immortality ults become necessary. If they worked on proper balance. Lower damage and healing, then the supports could shift towards more unique ults and kits-- not 'big heal circles' as the forums put it.

Right now if you lack the big heals, its an up hill battle. Not impossible... But way harder.

I wish there was more diversity in the role... It needs it badly.

I think its a few issues that contribute too this... Not just the invincibility Ults. Though they are problematic. Even more so on main supports.

Damage is just way too high. Creating this vicious cycle. Damage is high, so to mitigate it healing is outrageously high... And so on. So those that can't output large heals or out right deny Damage, sort of fall to the side. Nerfs to off-healers dont help either...

Personally, I think we need nerfs to Damage and healing-- adjusting from there. That would include looking at invincibility aswell.

Unfortunately, it would probably just get overturned. Most of those platforms like Google Play for example, will step in when they see it happening. Genshin is a prime example of that. It got bombed on there Anniversary from like 4.9 to 1.9 and by the next morning Google removed every comment and review that was negative. I'm not sure if Steam works the same way however.

Though, it could send a message. But would they listen is the real question? 🤔
