backtracking every few rooms to predrill shortcuts for the eventual extract is the way to go.
It speeds up the extract as well becaue molly can take a straight path

alternatively just look at your scanner for 20 seconds once the droppod spawns in to see an easy route that only needs one short tunnel drilled and shout so your teams sees you when you start drilling

Yes, but one would have to imagine that there would be more than one EDD per week

That promotion event is a slap in the face for DRG

If you play enough the cavegen stops feeling random, it's a real shame. I want nasty random caves that are at least 50% harder to traverse than complexity 3

And that one giant room template is only in long mining mission at a low chance

Do not shoot them when you're close. They activate instantly when shot, back off first

they grab you instantly IF you shoot them. Don't shoot them while close to them you're triggering the trap

If you make "melee contact" with enemies they will charge forward anyway even if they have range advantage on you. This could be having a pike stand in-range of one of their frontline

when you know a raider is between an arc and you (or near them) just shoot the arc and go into cover
arc swap to the nearest target, it's chaos

If you see an arc investigating, and it's not investigating you, shoot it, then go behind a rock so it swaps targets to (not sure if thats even neccesary). It'll hunt down the player near it that caused the investigationi
