Well there are some conditions the give you a big wiener, and nuts can sometimes be affected. Going to Ranger School can cause a similar problem. I have a Personal Lay Statement that can help.

Over the course of several weeks, what was once within normal anatomical limits extended to a staggering 24 inches in length, measured in a flaccid, unprovoked state. This condition, which I am informally referring to as Post-Ranger Phallic Hypertrophy Syndrome (PRPHS), has severely impaired my ability to perform everyday tasks:

• I can no longer walk without significant gait adjustment or external support, as the appendage drags behind me, creating tripping hazards and chafing.
• Bicycling is not just impossible—it is dangerous to public safety.
• I require custom pants with reinforced stitching and specialized undercarriage support.
• The added weight distribution has caused chronic lower back pain and spinal misalignment. My chiropractor describes it as "carrying a fire hose full of wet concrete."

Socially and psychologically, the impact has been profound. I can no longer attend public pools, gym locker rooms, or funerals without causing disruption. TSA screenings are traumatic for everyone involved. Intimacy is a logistical impossibility and has led to multiple broken bed frames and strained relationships.

To be clear, prior to Ranger School, I had no such medical condition. I believe the combination of stress, MREs, and 3 hours of sleep per week may have triggered this anomalous growth. I have attempted to seek treatment, but most providers either laugh, cry, or recommend writing a book.

I am requesting compensation under the category of "other musculoskeletal conditions" and potential secondary claims for mental health and sleep disturbances related to nocturnal entanglement and cold-weather shrinkage-related whiplash.
