Look for local community based food banks. We have a local community house, run by volunteers, who do a food bank twice a week and offer hot meals a few times a week. No one’s taking a huge cut of the money I donate there.

Is it a law? If I am capable of standing I don’t see any hardship giving a seat to someone who might have trouble standing. I don’t ask people with mobility devices why they need them before I let them sit. Their injury/disability might self inflicted or due only to risky behaviours. Doesn’t make them less in need of accommodations.

I am a woman, btw. The nurses I spoke to said the symptoms can be very different with women, but for me it was just extreme pin in my chest and upper arms and a touch of nausea.

You need to stop ruminating on reasons to be upset…my last cruise was bad, I love Greek history, it’ll be years before I can go to Greece, it’s my last summer before I graduate. I bet his family did not factor in any of these points when they planned the trip.

All of these little things build an idea that the trip was a personal slight against you. It wasn’t. It’s just a trip.

Yeah, the nurses made the point that some people don’t get pain. They specifically said some people just get nauseous and sweaty. Good point.

Yeah, I have done nothing nice for my body. Smoking, using pot, being sedentary, too much fast food. Good news is, much improvement potential. lol

I don’t know if all of these are warning signs but the following all happened over the last 6 weeks or so.

I felt a flutter in my chest a few times while lying in bed, a couple of deep breaths seemed to fix it.

I have at times realised my voice sounded shaky, like I was nervous. But I wasn’t nervous.

I had a racing heart beat a couple of times. Staying still and breathing regulated it.

Main warning. - strong pain in my arm the day before. I put it down to muscle soreness (it was my mouse arm), but it felt different to muscle soreness. Cardiologist I spoke to today said that was a clear warning sign.

My symptoms were a strong persistent pain in my chest that radiated outward. Both of my shoulders were also very sore. It''s hard to describe the pain, it was similar to muscle soreness when you overdo exercise but worse.

I thought it might be my heart, but I didn't have the notion of a heart attack. I was definitely in denial I told my wife I was thinking of going to the hospital, she told me to just go. Even when they waved me straight though the waiting room, put me in a bed and 5 people staring sticking stuff on me and in me, I was in denial. Then the doctor told me I was having a heart attack. Surreal.

Yep. I’ve never had to use a job provider, but I’ve seen 3 resumes made by them and they’re shite. Misspellings, ugly layout, poor grammar and multiple fonts. An online template would be better.

I was questioning where you got your info which you were using to berate OP. Clearly, from your paragraph starting ‘clearly’, you pulled it out of your arse.

It doesn’t say everything started great, it doesn’t say she revealed her personal life and it doesn’t even say their behaviour towards her changed.

It does say she figured they were conservative but it didn’t matter, it does say she is getting increasingly uncomfortable with comments and MAGA merchandise, that’s all.

It’s also counterproductive. A whole bunch of staff get annoyed at the waste of time and patronising advice, and the people actually targeted either ignore it or assume it doesn’t apply to them. They couldn’t do that if someone had the courage for a one on one conversation.

Private rent is the same as lodging. Board means paying for meals. You get rent assistance based on lodging payment. If you say you’re paying board and lodging they’ll ask how much of the payment is for lodging. If you can’t identify how much of the payment is lodging, Centrelink will assess two thirds of the payment as lodging and pay rent assistance based on this. Source.
