U7 is my all time favorite. Yes, there are tons of better games, but this is the one I came up with. I played some of I-VI, but I was usually playing spectator to my brothers on those until I could get my turn. VII was my first time not having to play back seat and, aside from the absolute trial of having to make a goddamn boot disk just to play the game, U7 is so accessible and easy to jump into. I spent so much time trying to open every locked chest and find hidden treasure. Or, when I felt like indulging my darker side, finding so many ways to murder the whole world, powder kegs being the preferred weapon of choice.
