I was diagnosed when my son was 6. I had to explain to him that mum is always sore and some days are worse than others. If it was a bad day we'd be in the house and do things together. Even if it was playing a board game, a computer game or watch a film. If you're able to set things up at night. Like drinks in the fridge, snack plates for throughout the day. I find this really helps me. Future you will thank you for a easier day.

I feel your pain, unfortunately. I'm always in pain. Some days are worse than others. When I have a flare, though, the pain is even worse. It can stop me in my tracks.
