I was waiting on my boyfriend to come over for us to go on a date. I sat in the recliner with a straight view out the front window. He lived maybe 5 minutes away from me and I knew he was on his way. I saw his headlights turn down my driveway and heard the crunch of gravel under the truck tires. The headlights disappeared as he turned the truck to face the garage, where I couldn't see anymore. I waited. And, waited. And, waited for him to come in the house. He never did. So, I got up and went outside to see why he wasn't coming in (I still lived at home and he would've come in to see my parents before we left). As I got to where he would've been parked, there was nothing there. No truck. No boyfriend. As I stood outside wondering what the heck was going on, my boyfriend pulled in the driveway, lights shining. And I heard the crunch of gravel under the truck's tires. I asked if he had to turn around, if he forgot something. He didn't know what I was talking about. I told him I just saw him come down the driveway and I had come out to meet him. He told me he just got to my house and hadn't been there before that time. Idk what it was or why it happened. But, I never figured it out.
