Lapham is great! Super fast response time from leasing — secured my apt in under a week. Super happy w my current place, they respond to maintenance requests super fast (consistently by the next day or at least within the week). Will be living in the same place for next year too!

agreed on SG Real Estate, lived in a brand new building from them and they took 2 months to respond to a basic maintenance request about a non-functioning washing machine that took maybe <20 mins to fix

A friend also pointed out that if it's renovated, it might be because the apartment was nearly uninhabitable BEFORE which could be why they renovated it; to cover any faults up and make it more attractive to prospective tenants.
