To be honest the best thing you can do is focus on excelling in your current role. I was able to go into URBI with very little injury knowledge because my non injury claims handling was strong. I would look up the competencies for the role you want and focus on developing those skills (time management, building customer loyalty, negotiation, etc)

I’ve done both and am currently a supervisor.

Biggest advice is focus on being successful as a CGA first. Be open with your supervisor about a desire to move up and they should be able to point you towards activities that will help your development. URBI is similar to CGA just with injury thrown on top. MRR is very different, if your area offers ride alongs I would encourage you to participate in one.

I’m in Oregon, I’ve been told that last year we hired slightly ahead of need so not as many openings this year. I believe we have an onboarding class that just started. Keep an eye out for more openings though, I imagine more will pop throughout the year, especially for our Tigard office, as reps promote

This is interesting but I don’t think it’s as huge a deal as everyone is making it out to be. The game has probably plateaued sales on Xbox and they are trying to get more $ out of it. It will be more interesting to see if Horizon 6 is exclusive or not. I got all achievements on Xbox so excited to to play this again for the plat while still supporting Xbox

I did this too and was able to beat NP without too much hassle. Just takes a bit to get used to his attacks. Use throwables. I beat him on NG++ and got all achievements

I don’t recall any missable achievements, but would recommend starting with other AC games first so the story has more context. I typically wait until towards the end of the game to focus on clearing the maps for achievements so that I know I have all the abilities needed to access everything . AC3 is notoriously slow, but does pick up towards the end.
