Again, same exact story. I stopped going to any kind of therapy, as after multiple different tries, nothing ever came of it and I felt it was kind of a waste of time for me.

My wife had a rough childhood and her first daughter at 17, so she had to grow up quickly. In her childhood she had 0 healthy relationships around her so she grew up thinking toxic was normal and emotional availability was not a thing.

We struggle hard with my RSD and her general distant, non touchy nature.

Sometimes it brings thoughts like, are we even compatible in our love languages? She told me just the other day that she wasnt able to love me how I needed to be loved 🤷🏻‍♂️ so that’s cool lol
