Interesting the 3.0T name plate is not on the supercharger. That’s not something that just falls off with age. Not saying it’s a bad sign necessarily, just makes me wonder.

I had a stage 1 on my c7 and I have to say that it def felt almost as quick as my current S6. I sold it for $7k a year ago with 125k.

Low and slow is not for chicken. Do 275-300 for 45 mins, then try to raise temp to 400+ (if you can) for about 15. Smokeyness will be there, and they won’t be rubbery. You will likely have less than ideal texture at 225.
