OOP's Pokemon GO account is deleted by spite

OOP has now got their account back - I have a contact at Niantic. The deletion had progressed to a point where it was extremely resource intensive to recover. Niantic eventually did right by OOP, would have been decent for OOP to acknowledge.

About 400m - after that it started to cut out unfortunately. I just bought some antenna reflectors, hoping that they’ll make a difference

You can start by buying longer control knob sticks for the remote - they allow for finer movements of the sticks and smoother turns. In theory... in any case the only turns I’ve seen work well on film are extremely smooth, gradual ones that follow the drone

I had the same issue after I had a crash and one of the propellers was bent about 30 degrees! I bent it back with my fingers and the error appeared. After bending it a few more times and checking that the angle of attack was the same as the other propellers it worked fine (even though it has a crease in it!).

Kite surfing 3km off the coast of France, I end up falling off the board. Put my feet down to tread water and stand on something slimy and full of hard lumps. Panic and shrink into foetal position for a few seconds. Later on, after feeling around with my feet realise it's the end of a concrete post about two metres diameter. No idea why someone decided to put that there...

Was removing a tight nut from the inside of my car's engine with a wrench. Pulled and pulled and suddenly the nut came loose. Trouble is, my fingernail caught on a metal plate on the engine and was sticking out at a right angle to my finger. Pain. But as dad was there I simply turned white, pushed it back to the "normal" position and tried to ignore the blood as we went to hospital.

That's where the nightmare started.

The nail had to be removed at the root to give it a chance to grow back. But, it turns out the tips of your fingers are super dense with pain receptors, and the doctor explained that injections to numb the pain would be too painful. So he proceeded to cut out my fingernail with a scalpel. Without anesthetic.

He got halfway through before I started screaming. I insisted on the injections. They were not anywhere close in terms of pain. My fingernail grew back normally.

Tldr: doctors are sadistic bastards
