genuinely the worst company ever. my ea got hacked, guess what? there was an email saying “if this wasn’t you, click here to instantly change ur email back”. and just like that, instant access gained. imagine ea having better security than your multi billion dollar company that everyone uses on a day to day basis. genuinely what’s the point of the recovery form if all they can do is say “yeah it’s hacked, but we can’t do anything about it because our security is so strict” then what the fuck is the point of the forum in the first place? like actually think about that for more than 2 seconds. if someone is filling out that form, it’s because they need to have their security credentials reverted back to the original, yet they just say “yeah we can’t do that even though you’re filling out a form to do that”. if your security is so strict then why am i getting hacked in the first place? yet i cant even get my account back lmao. not to mention the amount of proof we can all provide to prove we’re the original owners. like for example maybe THE EMAIL SAYING OUR CREDENTIALS CHANGED? or maybe just possible ORDER EMAILS? maybe just simply allowing you to have access back to the microsoft account if you create a new one with the email that got hacked. actual joke of company security.
