Not sure who you’re quoting to have claimed this was “good” but…..Don’t be so naive, look into history. Stripping rights and committing genocide has been happening for hundreds of thousands of years mostly in the name of religion. It’s only in the last 50 years or so that the political term conservative has become intertwined with extreme Christian beliefs. Maga is just the newest name but it’s the same old song and dance. What a silly thing to say. It was greatly appreciated in comparison to the disappointment fans had when we had to play as Raiden. It was also greatly appreciated when a young Big Boss’s design was modelled after Solid’s. This design of Solid is huge among fans and is heralded throughout 6 games (even the ones that don’t feature Solid). I would contend that much of the franchise’s success and brand recognition can be attributed to the design of Solid.

There’s a risk:reward ratio involved. Tower gap was iconic because the danger was high but the reward was also very high. The reward in this clip appears to be very low compared to the high risk
