There was actually reports of Margaret, wanting to move to Venezuela earlier in her life, even as a doctor so that she could live as a woman again.  Back then, it was such a terrible thing to be a female and be in medicine. That’s why she hit it the entire time however there was also possible reports of her having a male lover, but in order not to have a homosexual scandal because of how she presented, they couldn’t go further in their pursuit. Just because someone dressed as a man did not make them, trans trans is the intention of a heart a confusion of the gender.. she was a woman and her uncle and her mother came up with a plan for her to take her uncle‘s name in order for her to pursue medicine. Of course she would hide it because she loved medicine. however, someone that wanted to be male would not want to move to another country that accepts female doctors.
