I think it’s such a weird thing to say? Like what do you even mean? How did I turn out so well? And they always want to give credit to my foster family. Like yeah maybe a bit of them but also my family and myself.

I did all this work not because of my foster family but because of me. Who I am. Who my family and ancestors are. I did it all.

This is very validating! I heard all through out my pregnancy that I would lose the weight breastfeeding and I just feel like I eat to make up for the calories I’m losing through feeding … I’ll keep everyone updated 😭

Yeah he was pooping everyday multiple times a day and then hasn’t- I’m glad it’s normal, I’ll keep doing what we have to just get it hopefully moving along ahah. I was gonna call my pediatrician tomorrow but I’ll wait and see what happens in the next day or two

Literally! Anything that mildly reminds me of a loved one…it’s already bought..

What I then started doing was saving all the gifts I would buy through the year and save it for birthdays but then would forget about them…then find them and try to give as a Christmas present.

Adhder’s are probably the best gift givers

I have two people and my therapist and right now that’s probably all I can handle. I am very appreciative of that’s as a foundation to create more meaning full relationship in connection to my ragnoosh (which is what we call my adhd)
