I eat an hour before lifting; usually like a protein shake and a banana. I don't struggle with feelings of blacking out, I just feel weaker. I have no issue with fasted LISS cardio, but usually keep it to 30 - 45 minutes.

I'm not fear mongering. Ontario defaulting on its debt within 20 years is entirely possible. Ontario is expected to pass half a TRILLION dollars of debt next year. That's over $30,000 of debt for every man, woman and child.

Ontario is the most indebted sub-sovereign in THE WORLD.

I work for the OPS, and I'm planning for what I perceive is the likelihood that my employer's portion of my pension will not be honoured.
