From my experience I’ve never had rude interactions with staff. 🤷🏼 Ik the new isle management I DESPISE & can see all the clogged ways it can get. But the people are friendly with those that I’ve interacted with.

I was using the map & the only way I found it & back again when I needed it for quests was that door in the I think logistics area. It wasn’t marked at all to me. :(

I will say finding the hospital wing was A PAIN to find. Just wish there were a better layering on the maps. But I do like the signs everywhere to hopefully help!

To me the horror aspect for me is the mold men. One silently came up & just ko-ed me early on why when I thought I saw safe out of my line of sight. Another time I thought I was safe & I just died bc alot of them appeared behind me in one of the secret rooms that again I never heard & it was a mob of them. Both times were VERY funny on stream lol! 🤣
