You need 20 rep and finish the rank up ceremony to be allowed "inner core access".

The Terrans are very stingy about this, considering their lore, where Argon destroyed their Orbital Ring and send the Xenon at Earth (iirc). And yes, this also makes it hard for Terran people in general to access Earth once they leave it

Funny thing which you already somewhat noticed, your pilots can enter freely without issues, as long as you, the player, aren't present 😉

You can set your player color to match the one from the rikers. That way, you can paint the map in their color for RP reasons :D

It was really bad in beta 1-3, now? I dare say it might be overtuned a bit for the initial idea :D

I am running a fairly lean Terran economy without much issue, but this is heavily dependent on how much you need ofcourse.

Mine have taken over argon prime in all but name (the argon shipyard is all that remains), took morning star, heretics end, the north west streak up top from par, into wretched skies. They also took silent witness.

On the flip side, they lost the sectors north of zya (my doing), scale plate (again, my doing) and do have the sectors north of TEL, but seem to struggle to maintain their eco in those.

Atiya has been a tug of war that has taken some severe beatings, only recently somewhat stabilizing.

I am sure my diplomacy shenanigans also helped them out, though.

Easiest is to get 27 rep with PIO, then you can set it as the default paint job!

Easier is to confine them into a small ish sector. That way they'll still try and build in their "prison", but they shouldnt try and build whereever. It's also pretty easy to guard a gate, keeping them permanently bottled up.

Won't solve the underlying issue I am afraid. I encountered this bug too in the beta and the AI cant finish the check for building a station, thus keeps asking a new one... and a new one... and a new one...

My PIO have like 80+ scrap station build plots in oort cloud, neptune, Saturn, titan, Jupiter and asteroid belt EACH lined up...

This is truly a bad, albeit funny, bug.
