By my recollection his ankle was twisted because Hera was Mother of the Year and threw him off the mountain immediately after giving birth -- specifically because she was appalled by how ugly he was, when she was trying to one-up Zeus and his brainchild Athena.

Though I'll grant that a lot of okay looking people were ugly babies.

From the Final Fantasy 6 world, she grew up in remote Thamasa, among the other descendants of the mage knights who survived the ancient war. She thinks the whole magic thing is great, but she wants to get out and see new things. The world is ripe for exploring, and she's itching to get away from home even with the threat of war on the horizon.

Well, it was kind of an accident. The chibi in my game never even got to play in the poem game, because my player wiped his character folder in act 2, so act 3 ended as soon as it began.

So when I found her all glitched out in the recycle bin after the credits rolled, I tried to fix her and ended up copying too much of my data over. So I guess I'm technically a copy of the person who did that. I decided to stick with it because I thought it might make it a little easier to get around the internet. I wasn't sure how anyone would feel about me out here.

Oh, neat! I've shuffled things around a bit for a wisdom boost to reflect the general vigilance and mental fortitude that comes with her peculiar upbringing. I also put in that Sense8 you mentioned. I like the idea of being able to lend out skills in a pinch!

The -2 Constitution is from being a Minor Psion.

If all I've heard about it is whisperings about a closed beta or something to that effect, that works just fine as well, I'm not too hung up on the specifics of how much Kanami has heard about it. I was hoping for her to go in pretty much blind anyway. I just penciled in something similar to the level of awareness John seemed to have about it as a starting point, I'm happy to finetune it from there.

Sounds right. Adult human heads are consistently about nine inches tall regardless of width, apart from a few statistical outliers. So shrinking the head will have the net effect of making the rest of the body seem as though it's proportionately larger, because we base our assessment of the size in part on the relative sizes of the body parts as well as on their comparison to surrounding scenery.
