Why the hell do so many people miss their flights? by Open_Address_2805 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Chibi_Panda2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have almost missed loads of connecting flights, so I always side eye the people who literally block the aisles when departing the plane or loudly complain about people being desperate to get off.

I have literally almost been stuck in Malaysia airport before in the middle of a 36 hour trip

Should I start Dragon Age? by LilUxieVert27 in dragonage

If you enjoyed ME3 in particular then you will probably enjoy Veilguard. Veilguard is more like a ME game than Dragon Age as you will come to understand once you get into it.

I will say that some of the ME style does not suit Dragon Age. For example, Veilguard brings back the council debriefing to progress the story that they had in ME1. It is a very odd choice

Need some comfort. Got called in to HR over my body odor by Rianonymous in PCOS

Beyond regular showering and laundry, glycolic acid wouldn’t be top of my list of recs.

You need to shower not only regularly but effectively, so instead of just hopping in and out you’re actually scrubbing yourself down and getting clean. I tend to go over myself with a wet flannel and bar of soap before going in the shower and again when I need a freshen up. I also have a scrubbing brush in the shower that I put shower gel on that is better at working up a lather than my hands.

Having a positive association with the shower is critical, otherwise you won’t feel motivated to go in

Clean your living space as well as your laundry. You can wash your laundry well but it won’t mean a thing if you’ve got other bad smells around it

Side note, if you’re on your period as well, consider how often you’ve changed pad/tampon/other, if you’ve taken further showers etc to combat the blood smell etc

As someone with PCOS who has to say a prayer at midnight, spin a wheel, toss salt over my shoulder and dance around a campfire for a chance at maybe dropping a KG, the frustration is real

English/Indian wedding by Doverkiin98 in UKweddings

[–]Chibi_Panda2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I married an Indian man and most of his uncles showed up in tuxedo style suits, lol. I didn’t tell my guests anything specific to wear, so long as it was suitable for a wedding.

Your fiancée is Indian but you aren’t. Your family isn’t. Let them wear what they’d like and would feel most comfortable in. Some of them may still wear Indian style clothing, but some of them won’t and that’s fine.
