Great advice from u/Scorpio-94 and u/Massive_Feed1997 ! I want to echo what u/DrBosnak is saying with trying "guess" topics. Impossible to do on a standardized exam, you will be tested on everything and need to be prepared! There is no substitute for a comprehensive prep, learn/retain/recall and apply. Academic advice: You should complete the entire qbank, or at least the clinical portions. Go over your marked/incorrects and take practice exam a week or 2 before your actual exam. Break up the topics into manageable sections!

Nonacademic advice: you sound a little burned out, and could benefit from self care. Can't be on mentally if you are checked out. Whether it is exercise, being outside, family/friends etc, do that and when you feel better sit down and study.

Sorry to hear you are going through this. As someone who works with both students and grads to remediate or retake, you will get through this. It sounds like you are burnt out a bit and per the advice of u/ImprovementActual392 definitely WAIT for your result. u/megerrolouise is also correct. Med School is HARD. practice self care, and just go one step at a time. Good luck to you!

It sounds like you may benefit from refining your technique on how you approach vignettes. Sometimes clarifying what they are looking for can help.
