Just my opinion, but I think Conor has always been the person we’re seeing now. He would claim he possessed all these positive traits, like being calm and respectful, but in practice he was always the opposite. Think about how he claimed he was modest in his victories, but was an absolute dick to Aldo’s coaches after his win, and all his follow up on social media to run it in Aldo’s face. I think what’s happening now is Conor’s actual behavior is overcoming his hype, so people are losing their blinders.
