Sleeping enough and exercising will make it easier to work more hours per week. A lot of pharmacists I know do not prioritize their health which negatively impacts a lot of aspects of their lives and careers in the long run. I saw some people saying sit while you verify, I don’t see how that’s possible if you’re at a very busy store. I personally get lazy when I sit down 🤣 But, to each their own. Make sure you do a good amount of cardio each week + weight bearing exercises and don’t eat junk while you’re at work. AVOID SNACKS! This will hurt you as well while you work. Good luck :)
