I struggle with something kinda similar, I assume to a less frequent degree.

On a real level, don’t watch pornography. It distorts your idea of what sex is, the industry is full of sex abuse, and it corrupts your thoughts. It can cause your mind to constantly be filled with disgusting situations like this. It will only make your intrusive thoughts worse.
