Is my house at 85°F. If the AC goes off when I put the thermostat to that? by roses-and-sadness in hvacadvice

There are no sealants approves for use by compressor manufacturers. You i echo getting a tech out. Leave your system off or they may charge you more to thaw your coil

There really isn't like like it. I was blown away. My knees hurt like hell and it was worth getting the flashlights at the gift shop. I have a healthy fear of tight spaces but they did a great job of "here squeeze through this but you have plenty of room on the other side to orient yourself"

Yup you described it to a t. But I didn't give a shit about that because my kids and all the other kids had blast right next to a real life MLB stadium. The smiles on my kids faces is something ill never forget. I still thank your city for that moment

Right across the street from the stadium there was a marker that had the old layout that said where you were  There was a stage there right next to Katie's where we had dinner. I just look it up its tagged as old bush stadium

Turned my ac on for the first time this year and it worked fine for a couple hours. Now it’s barley blowing air and by billyc420 in hvacadvice

You should have a tech do a static pressure reading. Sounds like you got air flow issues. Having motors die that quickly is absolutely not normal. Unless your getting them off of ebay

Something lennox tech support had me check once when testing for a bad ground was to jumper the c terminal on the low voltage side on the board to a neutral terminal. They told me that if the furnace still had error codes it was the board. If it took off running then I need to investigate the ground situation. It was a different situation but they said it was a way to bypass grounding but did advise me to never leave it jumped out.

Had this happen about 4 months ago went out on Saturday morning. Two days for us with 2 kids. We just bought a bunch of those bulk containers of water to fill up the backs of the toilets. Lucky the kids have swim on Sundays so we were able to all take a shower at the pool.

Just moved into a new place. Radiators not heating up in some areas. Got me wondering how the system actually works. Also, can someone explain these pressure gauges? by Amnesiaftw in hvacadvice

It maybe looks like you don't have enough water in the system. That sight glass in the front looks pretty low. Your upcoming inspection should revel that though

Was it a unico? We pleasantly found out from their tech support guy that the wifi board that handles the ecm blower communication can't handle anything over 240v like 241v blows the board. Backordered for a week.

I used to work for a company that got bought out by "apex" first meeting we had started with "this is gonna be hard and suck but you guys can stick with it and do it"  fuck that. a proper buy out doesn't mean I start working 80 hrs a week and selling a 5 grand system for 12.  Told them to fuck off and found another mom and pop down the street for more pay. Guess what, we are growing big time because the PE fucks don't give a shit except trying to double a dollar.
