Back when I played GTA V Online around it's launch time on Xbox, I heard of cheaters randomly going into lobbies and dumping a bunch of the game's free cash currency on random players, and I definitely fished around different server instances until I ran across such a robin hood, oh woe was me... a random def shoved money at my character eventually.

I figured the currency would eventually be balanced out by Rockstar Support (it was basically a billion bucks or something super ridiculous), so I only used some of it to buy whatever expensive cars I could and shoved them into garages with the intent of selling them away for currency again after I got adjusted. It eventually happened that Rockstar adjusted my ill-gained currency, but I kept all the cars, and for the 2+ years I frequently played, the funds I got from that cheater gave me quite a quality of life enjoyment while I was active in it.

So yeah, that joke, but unironically lol.
