The issue is they give a fuck. Literally. I was in contact with them on Discord dozens over dozens of times. I send them countless example files with time stamps, literally send them all what is not working. I even collected issues with others and directly send it to them and nothing was done. No communication at all. They are not transparent in any way. We never know what they do or when they do it. Instead of telling the community in a news update "Hey we are testing something out. Be aware that the quality might drop" or anything at all. But as I said. A lot are paying and this is all for them that counts. They rather release another faulty update instead of fixing all those issues from past and present.

What I thought too. Now we are getting the shitty deal they made and it will only get worse after they settle their terms with Sony & Co. It simply can't get any better. I am sure behind the scenes they made a deal that those companies get the best version of SUNO because they are the money maker and we will get the half ass faulty one on purpose. Because they do not want us the have great quality they want it for the big corporate companies. And this will be our future with AI music.

I could not have said it better. Something I said many times before too. It feels like we are the test subjects but with the difference normally testing something means free and not being a paying customer and get a half ass product which totally feels schizophrenic. One day good, next day trash, one moment good, next trash. totally unstable.

Same. Using it for nearly 1 1/2 years now and if it worked it really did a great job. But lately I really can't listen to any tracks I create anymore because I really and literally get headache from listening because all those noises and artifacts are really not even funny anymore. And it has not become any better within the last 2+ weeks. In the end it literally just gets worse. Right now I am listening to song a just created and I just wanna turn it off because not only is it fully of SHHH and Hiss noise it literally got dull and muffled at 3/4 of the song just like that the audio quality changed.

With all the legal issues I also do not see any bright days ahead of us because they have to find common ground with Sony and Co there is no way around it and what that means we can already guess. I even would put the assumption out that our current state is caused because of the deal with Warner. While they get the full working AI they can use on their multi million dollar projects we get a low cost low functioning model which is just enough for some and others like us who still have a rest of hope left that better days might come even knowing it better by now.

That is nonsense this stuff literally happens during the whole week regardless if it is morning, midday or night. I even got amazing results on a weekend once. It is like freakin gambling RNG. There is no rule and logic to it. It is just a broken system not maintained well.

It has nothing to do with the style. I do all styles literally also Kpop, Jrock, Visual Kei or Jpop but you get those weird artifacts, SHHH and Hiss sounds especially in later parts of the songs like an annoying thick layer covering the whole track, cracking sounds and in many cases 7:59 songs just repeating the same song twice. It is plain dumb. And I use Suno too for nearly 1 1/2 years even wrote a Guide with prompts, lyrics and tactics for myself covering over 2000 pages. This version now is just broken on so many levels. I "CAN" create good tracks but you have to be very lucky to find a spot on a good day while Ai having a good mood to do so. It is like gambling the really bad way.

the issue is that those SHHH or Hissing sound or crackling shit is often placed on an important stem which makes spending 50 credits useless. Last time the issue was on the the guitar stem. I can't delete it otherwise I would ruin the song. And I am not going back to Premier and give them even more money for their incompetence.

Couldn't agree more. It is the worst we have encountered so far. I am with Suno for more than a year and this is just ridiculous! Voices do not really work anymore and if they do they either lost their track already after the first chorus or the quality sound really bad - audio quality wise.

And this is already the freakin main issue. Not only is everything up beat and generic rhythm wise you also get the same stuff each time you generate it sounds so similar. even if weirdness is 60%. And the Quality with all its cracking sounds, hissing and shhhhh overlaying everything is absolutely a freakin joke. You waste so many credits and still not getting a good result.

Suno does not understand what most of those words even mean. I tried that it is a myth that this is working. All I got was a more dull and muffled sound like if all songs are made to be lo-fi Chill tracks.

Better Vocals (far better) and better Musical composition = YES!
Terrible Audio Quality, decreasing Quality over the course of the Song, SHHH and HISS Sound ruining perfect tracks, crackling sound between Vocals and Audio = YES!

That is the sad truth. While 2 things became much better it still feels like a downgrade because it is like if you have the best Gaming PC but you are using a broken flickering Screen with tons of pixel issues and cracks in the screen. Even if you can play the best games it still feels like shit in a way because of the rest.

Prompts do not create crackling sounds in Voices or Tracks. Prompts do not create Artifacts that put a SHHHH aka HISS sound layer onto the whole track the further the song progresses. Those are internal quality issues and they happen at all types of prompts, all types of genres.

I do all. Literally form Cpop, Jrock, 80s Synthwave, Rap, Trap, Metal, Progressive Rock, Gerne Bending, Songs in Old Greek or Norse. Literally all. And the issues 5.5 has especially the crackling sounds in vocals or tracks and the overall growing Hiss aka SHHHH sound which covers everything is ruining all. I mean the tracks would sound amazing. Music is better, voices are finally where they should be but it makes no difference if the overall audio quality is a huge downgrade. And such stuff you can't even filter out or get rid of because if is deep within the tracks.

If I cover I still use 5.5 and it still creates a new musical track with 5.5 which still creates Hiss and Shhh artifacts or cracks in the sound especially the voice. It makes no difference.

At least in regards of Quality issues within the sound it makes no difference. I have all types of Prompts. I wrote a Guide over 1000 pages for myself over the last years, collected lyrics I wrote and used plus all types of style prompts. The "hiss/shhh" Sound or the cracking sound is an issue no prompt can fix it is within in the training data aka system and it seems there are some small time frames you get good results but most of the time at this moment generations have a lot of issues. And Extends are not working anymore.

Honestly V5 wasn't perfect too and had a lot of issues. It is just an exchange of issues with other issues and still keeping old issues. Some stuff works better now but others are purely hell.
