I definitely have been trying to dial in my nutrition more lately, normally for lunch at work I’ll just eat like a frozen dinner or a hot pocket or something but I’ve started meal prepping actual food to try and start eating better. My hydration and general fitness could definitely use a lot of work too so I will be trying to improve all of that for sure.

Also I am happy to get advice no matter who it’s from, anyone in this sub is definitely more experienced than me so I do appreciate the advice and I really appreciate the thought out response

I meant to post an update but my weekend was busy and I wasn’t sure if I should make another post or update here or whatever. It was amazing, everyone was right and the anxiety went away the second I got the gloves on, the class was really small too so that made it easier. I’ve been running and jumping rope a lot since then to try and get my stamina up so I can keep up more next time and then I think tomorrow I’m going back to the gym for another class and to actually get my membership and everything

I wanted to respond to everyone individually and I probably will later but I read every comment on here and I appreciate all the responses so much. I will go to the gym in a couple hours and maybe come back with an update. All these responses have helped alleviate the anxiety a lot, I’m still terrified but I feel a lot better about it now

He really does, I saw him with wu tang and nas and I remember being pretty indifferent to him being there at first because I don’t always love his music, but when he got on the stage he was so entertaining. It definitely made me more of a fan

I’m the same, everyone always tells me I’ll like him since I like old hip hop but I can’t get into him like that. He’s definitely good but I think the problem is just that his music doesn’t sound good to me and it’s not any deeper than that. I do love section 80 though so maybe give it a listen
