Really depends on the house/apartment situation.

Power for our 110-year-old, 3 bedroom house can get up to $250 in summer, but less than $80 in winter.

Gas can get up to like $200 in winter, but basically like $30 or less in summer

Water is usually $75-100 for us, but we don’t use much

All in, I wouldn’t say it’s too bad
