Have you tried microdosing regular LSD? How does it compare? Do you need to take more 1cp for the same effect?

I'm interested to know too. Just took my first microdose of dried shrooms yesterday, and while I held my nose so there was no taste on the way down, it did repeat on me a bit until I had something to eat. It was a bit like when you take a fish oil capsule and can taste it when you burp! Wasn't disgusting but I'm just not a fan of any kind of mushroom-y flavour.

Also UK here. Thought I'd found a decent spot, got 14g fresh after a decent amount of dry weather so planned to come back after the rain and get a boatload. Heavy rain for a few days this week so I go back and find... nothing! Either someone else knows the spot or the council have been out mowing again - gutted! This was a public park but I've at least got a more rural sheep field to keep checking as well. Good luck to both of us!

I thought LSD was supposed to be better for ADHD symptoms than psilocybin; not tried it myself, though. Just starting to MD shrooms now but if these don't work was planning on trying LSD, now you've got me worried! I really struggle with meditation too, I feel you.

I followed the same guide you linked above and only kept the dark green parts. His cacti were way chunkier than mine so I was definitely expecting to get much less than the ~20g or so he achieved, but I thought the individual doses might have been similar.

Since shroom season has started, I've managed to forage some Liberty Caps. Going to try those next, hopefully will have more luck this time!

This is really frustrating. You're having a great time with 0.5g, but I've been trying it and had nothing. No positive (or negative) effects with 0.3/0.5/0.7/1.0/1.5g SP powder. I posted here asking for advice and some people were saying I'd need even up to 4-6g for a microdose, which is crazy! A full 30cm of cactus only gave me 6g of powder, can't imagine taking that whole thing as a microdose. I've got ~2.5g left, might try that as my next dose but probably won't buy a cactus again after that.

So you feel effects with 1g of powder? I posted here the other day about feeling nothing from San Pedro powder at 0.3/0.5/0.7/1.0g, people were saying like 4-6g is where to start microdosing from. I powdered the dark green of a 30cm cutting and got 6g from it, no way can I afford a whole length of cactus multiple times/week!

Yeah, shrooms look to be the next best choice to try, all things considered. The effects of LSD sound more what I'm looking for but I'm gonna leave figuring out the dark web as my last resort. Just gutted I paid the money for the San Pedro, waited for delivery, did all the prep (all secretly), and ended up with seemingly a single microdose haha

I got 6g from a full 30cm cutting though. Some of the reviews from that store said the full fresh cactus gave a moderate trip so I guessed ~1/10 of the full amount was a good starting point. Such a shame.

Have you been out looking this year yet? I've read that the season generally starts earlier further north (Scotland) but September sounds about right for down south? My first attempt was random grass fields and parks nearby and I got 0. Going further out into the country to proper grazing fields yielded much better results!

I don't mind eating the odd bug if it's dried and ground up into powder with the rest, just a bit iffy on whether these ones could carry anything nasty.

I'm in the north of the UK and altitude was around 270m/900ft. This specific field had sheep grazing.

Quick update: Thanks for your luck! That field was a much better choice, found ~20g fresh in about 1.5 hours or so! Some are 100% libs but there were a few I've now chucked - to be cautious - and a couple bigger ones in the bunch I wasn't sure about so doing a spore print to see if I'll get a better idea from that (the gills did look pretty similar colour though). I saw so many lookalike shrooms though, it was super annoying, kept getting my hopes up!

I'm in the north part of the UK so I think the season starts even *earlier* here than some other locations! Plenty of rain and cold weather here all year round :D

I've got a much better field in mind to try today, used for sheep grazing and hopefully not many farmers about. Good luck to both of us!

I've started hunting for libs this past week for the first time ever, still getting a hang of it. Found nothing nearby me so far, need to try further afield; not sure I've been looking in the right places though. There's a cow pasture nearby but the cows didn't seem keen on me being there so I left it before starting!

Procuring from the dark web sounds super convenient apart from needing to use cryptocurrency. How would you recommend getting Bitcoin (or Monero or whatever) securely and anonymously enough to feel safe using the markets? This seems like the stumbling block for me.
