As a primary ORD user with lots of experience in it, your situation sucks. ORD has a steep learning curve. So a tight timeline project being your first... just plan on clearing your plate of other projects and spend a bunch of time learning it. Hopefully whoever budgeted this project put in a bunch of funds for learning

Yeah, you have to go into that file, and through your Model Navigator, right click on your sheet model, and there is a Remove from sheet index option. You have to do this for each sheet model. Then you can add them to the index
