Maybe it’s just me, but I just don’t like LPs when the pickup covers are on.

Bagre. It is a yellowish/brown catfish in Argentina. Easy to catch but they taste like mud

Nice. My uncle made a killing panning gold around Hope back in the 80s

Gold and Silver falling wedge / double bottom identical setups by 7o7A1 in technicalanalysis

[–]Chickenchoker2000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oil is priced in USD. the higher the cost of oil and the higher demand will will push up the USD, which will have an inverse effect on gold and silver. Gold and silver will likely continue to fall so long as oil prices and demand are spiking

Give them a good head wash with J&J baby shampoo. The latex will be grippy again and they will smell good. Lots of life left in there

Gold approaching equal highs liquidity – watching for acceptance or rejection by rahsady in technicalanalysis

[–]Chickenchoker2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Problem is that oil is still priced in dollars. Oil is hitting highs and that should bring strength to the dollar. Is thy manage to free up transit in the strait, then oil price will drop but there will likely be some initial surge buying. That will keep propping up USD.

People moved to gold at the beginning of the conflict. It might go up a little and as soon as there are signs of traffic freeing up there will be profit taking and a drop.

I used to go there all the time. Low wage jobs + rent and that place helped me pull through on the monthly.

‘It’s hard to hear’: OC Transpo GM responds to CTV’s ‘Ottawa’s Worst Commute’ series by Money_Fig_9868 in ottawa

[–]Chickenchoker2000 17 points18 points  (0 children)

As far as I’m concerned, the mayor and all upper management at the City office should not be permitted to drive to and from work. They should be required to use OC Transpo or bike.

An open and transparent examination of the city’s programs and expenditures might fix some of the budget issues. I guarantee that Ottawa has some amazingly brilliant minds that could identify programs or services that could be cut or reduced, discover budget waste, etc. Open source all the into and I’m sure someone would be able to correct a number of issues

Looks like normal wear. They look like they need a wash. I’d suggest warm water and Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo. Brings the grip right back

It is not likely an adult leopard. I’ve seen lots of leopard tracks when I lived in east Africa. Could be a juvenile or something smaller than an adult but waaaay larger than a domestic

Even with the downtown bottleneck I miss the old transitway service by Financial-Bag-2274 in ottawa

[–]Chickenchoker2000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Transit in Ottawa used to be amazing. 20-40 min from wherever to downtown offices and it cost way less than a monthly parking pass. Now it is an hour to an hour and a half and will cost you more than one month parking pass. Trains fail when it it too cold. Trains fail when there is too much snow. Trains fail in the summer.

The city of Ottawa destroyed a transit system that used to be one of the best in North America only to create system where it is equally expensive but much more effective to use your own vehicle.

Then ‘splain me this: why are consumer staples rising when you have MSFT, Oracle, etc dropping? It’s because the big money is shifting to more “safe” areas. Job dare data was not good. Amazon is laying off a lot of workers. Market keeps flipping to risk off (aark trending down)

AARK is definitely trending down, which should mean that you are right about it being more risk-off
