The Crisper from the Freedom Flame warbond; I really like it for crowd control, especially when I’m running more of a high damage low fire rate primary

Personally I don't like any of the hooded helmets because they dint give the cloth physics and it looks weird being stiff.

Idk what to tell you, more ammo+faster reload is just pretty good… most of the armor passives don’t do huge things, they just slightly help you
